Mare scans
Quickly add a scan procedure to a mare
Under Breeding on the Home Page select Mare scans. Use this screen to record a scan procedure performed on a mare rather than using Add Procedure.
- Horse Name, Procedure, and Practitioner are mandatory fields. All other fields are optional
- When the procedure field is selected, only scan procedures will appear in the Procedure list
- Linked procedures can be added by turning the toggle on.
- The Worksheet Message can be edited per scan if the default message does not apply. Any changes only affect this record and will not alter the default worksheet message added to the procedure.
- The scan procedure date defaults to today. Tap Procedure Date to change it if the scan was carried out on a different date.
- When all information is entered select Save from the top right hand corner.
