Horse Video

A video can be created for a horse from the Quick add menu on the bottom navigation menu. When selected the Add a Video screen is displayed.

If the Quick add - Video screen is opened when in a horse profile, the horse's name will automatically be populated in the horse name field.

Add a title for the video.

You then need to decide on whether you will take a video or if you have a video on your device that you want to use.

Take Video

The video screen will be displayed. You can zoom in/out using the left hand zoom tool, switch camera from back to front with the button above recording button or cancel the video screen on the bottom right of the screen.

When the recording starts the timer at the top of the screen will indicate how long the video is. To stop recording press the record button again.

At the bottom of the screen you have the option to retake, play or use the video. If you select Use Video, you will be returned to the Add a Video screen.

Choose from Library

When this option is selected, you will be taken to your photo gallery so you can choose a video. Select the video and a modal will display where you can select to use the video or cancel. If you cancel. swipe down to return to the app. If you select Use, you will be returned to the Add a Video screen.

Reviewing the video

You can now review the video you have taken/chosen. The video can be replayed to check the quality and that it contains everything required.

In the Options menu on the top right hand side, you can:

• Retake - will save the title but clear the video.
• Reset - will clear the title and the video.

Once you are happy with the video, you have two options:

• Save - save the video to the horse. The video will need to be uploaded using upload videos via Media on the Home Page before it can be viewed under the horse.
• Send - sends the video as a progress note to the owners and interested parties.
